Salsa Verde

A true verde has three greens (Tres Verdes) in it! Peppers, tomatillos and Cilantro! This is my take on an authentic salsa verde made into a sauce. One of my mildest sauce. Enjoy!

PAIRS WELL WITH: Fish Tacos, Empanadas, Grilled Chicken, Fish Dishes, Scrambled Eggs for a Verde Huevos Rancheros and Tortilla Chips of course!
